Australian Epic Championship

How to become the Australian Champion

Players compete to be crowned the EpicAU champion across all the Epic Armageddon tournaments held in Australia in one calendar year.
Scoring is as follows

  • 1st place 10 points
  •  2nd place 8 points
  • 3rd place 6 points
  •  4th place 5 points
  • 5th place 4 points
  •  6th place 3 point
  • 7th place 2 points
  • 8th place 1 point

  • Players can earn a bonus 4 points for each different race after the first over the year and 1 bonus point per variant list played
    (i.e. Play Codex Marines, then Space Wolves and earn 1 point. Then play White Scars for another point. Then play Steel Legion for 4 points)
  • Players also score bonus points for attending certain tournaments. This is to encourage players to the big 2 events.
    Cancon 2 points and Castle Assault 1 point
  • New comers can compete for top stop of being the new guy on the block. Any player that hasnt had a full year of tournament exposure. Eg First tournament was Briscon last year. So they havnt completed a full year on the scene. If their first tournament was Cancon last year, they would have had a full year on the scene and would not stand for new comer placings.
  • One Day Events are half points.
